Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that returns the sponsored results. Our servers do not retain a search copy. Messages sent directly to us are read only as needed to answer them.
Automatic Technical Data
The hosting service records standard log details such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and time stamps. Aggregate review helps diagnose faults and measure page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may also rely on cookies and similar tools.
What We Do With This Data
Operating the site, fixing problems, counting traffic, improving pages. We do not sell visitor lists and we do not build profiles of individual users.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government record portals, libraries, archives, and outside search providers. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's own policy controls submitted information. Sponsored results are likewise furnished by an outside company under its terms.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable law may give a visitor rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data kept by a website. Georgia has no broad consumer privacy statute identified in the project research, so specific rights may depend on other law and the visitor's residence. Because very little is retained, a request usually involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Georgia, Chatham County, or Pooler remain under the custodian's control, and correction or removal requests must go there.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
